Terms of use.

These terms cover your use of this website, The Buyer Brain and The Psychology of the Sale (together, "the courses"). By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to them.

Your account. Keep your login private. One purchase is for one person. Sharing an account or redistributing course material is not allowed, and accounts that do may be closed.

What you're buying. Each course is a one-time purchase that gives you personal access to its content for as long as the course is offered. If a course is ever retired, you'll get reasonable notice and a way to save your own work.

Refunds. These are digital products, so all sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. See the digital product & refund policy.

Using the material. The lessons, labs, frameworks and reference sheets are for your own learning and your own selling. You may not copy, resell, republish or teach them as your own.

Your content. What you type into the labs and Buyer Brain Maps is yours. We store it so you can come back to it.

Educational purpose. The courses teach ways of thinking about selling. They are not legal, financial or platform-compliance advice, and they don't guarantee any result. See the earnings disclaimer.

Platform rules. You are responsible for following the rules of any platform you sell on, including TikTok Shop's content and commerce policies, and advertising and disclosure laws.

Changes. Course content may be updated and improved over time. If these terms change in a meaningful way, the updated version will be posted here.
